Chryslux Executive Travel
Payments & Deposits
- A 10% or £10.00 minimum non-refundable deposit secures your booking (excluding weddings, please see Wedding Cars).
- Full payment required 5 working days before travel (Not weddings).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For Bookings cancelled 72 hours or more in advance of travel date, a full refund will be made, excluding the non-refundable 10% deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled between 72 to 24 hours in advance of travel date, 50% of fees paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable 10% deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of travel date, 25% of fees paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable 10% deposit.
- If the driver is already en route there will be no refund.
- There will be no refund made for any customer who does not arrive at the designated time & pick up point.
Terms & Conditions
- Any changes to the original booking will incur extra charges, this could include extra mileage, car park charges & waiting time.
- Customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible or liable for loss, theft or damage of any such property.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or any other passenger.
- All our vehicles are non-smoking.
- Any damage caused by a customer to our vehicles will be billed to them to include the cost for all repairs and valeting.
- Our drivers have the right to decline excessive luggage either by weight or size.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
